I'm a girl from a small town in Manitoba.

I'm a lover of golden light, bonfire nights, and pizza (BBQ Chicken pizza to be exact)!

I am a wife to my best friend, Trevor, and a Mama to my sweet boy Nix. My first baby boy's name is Leroy, who is a frenchton pup! We enjoy spending time with our family and making each other laugh (or they all laugh at me, I'm not sure which one).

When I'm not spending time with my family, I'm behind the camera capturing those heartwarming memories for couples and families. I'm a sucker for the raw, intimate, and candid moments - those are the moments that matter most. So let's laugh in the sunlight while we listen to one of my killer playlists - just call me Mrs. DJ!

I CAN'T IMAGINE DOING ANYTHING ELSE

Since I was young I've always had a love for photography. My very first camera was a Kodak, and I was over the moon. Snapping pictures of my friends, my family, and of myself. It soon became a daily hobby - which has now evolved into much much more.

I can't imagine doing anything else, to be honest. The joy and happiness of capturing special moments for families and couples is unexplainable. After sessions and weddings, I sit in my car and think "WOW, how freaking lucky am I to get to know people like this!"

Trevor is my rock. We are high school sweethearts and have been together for 11 years! When they tell you to marry your best friend, they aren't kidding! He is the reason I get through my rough days, makes me laugh till I cry, and is such a good Papa to our son.

Leroy and Nixon are my two special boys. Leroy is an adorable frenchton and Nixon is our little boy. These two are such hams! They both have so much energy, love music like their Mama, and make every day an interesting one. Mamahood is an undescribable feeling until you are deep into it - it is hard, but it is so worth it.

My family is very very important to me. On weekends when I'm not shooting I'm more than likely with them. We love having bonfires, listening to tunes, and making drinks (drinks of preference: red wine, gin and soda, and dark rum). If you are in need of a tasty beverage, just call on my Dad.
